Writer, Author, Editor, Blogger
I am a fiction writer and poet, primarily focused on fantasy with elements of science fiction. I have lived in Florida most of my life, attending Cedarville University in Ohio for a degree in English with a minor in Creative Writing. As of today, I have experience in creative writing (obviously), editing, publishing, content writing, article writing, journalism, and blog writing.
I published my first piece of fiction when I was twelve and my first piece of poetry when I was fourteen. You can find my work in The Cedarville Review, Voices of the Valley Literary Journal, Ariel Chart, Sledgehammer Lit, Bluepepper, Nailpolish Stories, Anti-Heroin Chic, Writing in a Woman's Voice, and others.
Below are some of the big projects I've had the privilege of working on or am working on right now. More projects to come in the future. You can find the helpful links to these projects on my website.
The Cedarville Review: I edited this journal for three years, totaling three issues. In 2020, I was Editor-in-Chief of the 2020 issue.
Lee's Bird Blog: I've been writing children's fiction for this blog for ten years now. Since then, the blog has regularly received visitors in the millions.
Far Side Review: I am currently a prose reader for the Far Side Review literary journal, which is prepping for its second issue. I have to volunteering for similar positions in the future.
Ki Book Club and The Writer's Workout: This past year, I have held two writing internships. You can find links to their websites on my own website (I highly recommend experiences like these if you're getting started or are simply interested in helping out!).
Coming Soon: I'm just getting started. Soon, you'll be able to check out my posts on my blog or on Medium and my services as freelance editor, proofreader, and writer on Fiverr. You will also be able to find me on Linkedin.
